Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At BOYZ STREET, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please carefully read the following policy before requesting a return or exchange.

1. Exchange-Only Policy

BOYZ STREET follows an exchange-only policy.

We do not provide refunds for returned products, except where a refund is legally required or specifically approved by BOYZ STREET under exceptional circumstances.

Eligible products may be exchanged subject to the conditions below.

2. Exchange Period

An exchange request must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Requests submitted after 15 days may not be accepted.

3. Required Proof of Purchase

To request an exchange, the customer must provide:

• The original purchase invoice/bill; or

• A clear photograph of the original invoice/bill

Without valid proof of purchase, the exchange request may not be processed.

4. Product Condition

Products submitted for exchange must be:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• Unworn

• In their original condition

• Free from stains, damage, alterations, or strong odours

• Returned with original tags, packaging, and accessories where applicable

Products that show signs of use, washing, alteration, damage, or customer negligence may not be eligible for exchange.

5. Exchange Days

Exchange requests will not be processed on Saturday and Sunday.

Exchange requests can be processed on applicable working days, subject to store and customer-service operating hours.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact BOYZ STREET as soon as possible after receiving the product.

Customers may be required to provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue for verification.

After verification, BOYZ STREET may provide an eligible replacement or exchange, subject to product availability and applicable conditions.

7. Wrong Product or Wrong Size

If you receive a different product from the one ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

For size-related exchanges, the replacement will depend on stock availability.

An exchange is not guaranteed if the requested size, colour, or product is unavailable.

8. Non-Exchangeable Products

The following products may not be eligible for exchange where applicable:

• Used or worn products

• Washed products

• Products without original tags

• Products damaged by the customer

• Altered or modified products

• Products returned without valid proof of purchase

• Products returned after the 15-day exchange period

• Products that do not satisfy the applicable hygiene or product-specific requirements

9. Refunds

BOYZ STREET does not offer refunds under its standard return policy.

Once an eligible return is approved, the resolution will generally be an exchange rather than a cash refund.

If a refund is required under applicable law or is specifically approved by BOYZ STREET, the refund method and processing time will be communicated to the customer.

10. Exchange Availability

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, BOYZ STREET may provide an alternative solution at its discretion, subject to applicable policies.

11. Exchange Verification

BOYZ STREET reserves the right to inspect the product and verify the purchase before approving an exchange.

Submitting an exchange request does not automatically guarantee approval.

12. Shipping & Exchange Charges

Where applicable, shipping or other charges associated with an exchange may be communicated to the customer before processing the exchange.

For defective or incorrect products, BOYZ STREET may provide an appropriate resolution after verification.

13. Policy Changes

BOYZ STREET reserves the right to modify this Return, Refund & Exchange Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be published on the website.
